    TERRIBLE!!!!! Unfortunately a necessary evil for us when it came to selling and buying recently - trying to keep things simple selling through the same estate agent as we bought from... won't be doing that so easily again! The customer service was patchy at best, we were lied to, made to feel unimportant and received differing advice and information depending on who we spoke to. The manager of the shop (Susan, mentioned by another reviewer) was incredibly rude every time we had a conversation with her, she was accusatory and when we mentioned we were frustrated we were told that our frustrations were not justified. AWFUL experience. Stay away if you can.
