  RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE> I agree - £13.30 is very reasonable for 2 toasties and 2 coffees, both with dairy product alternatives - and I appreciate it when it is good, not when it's served on a 'crouton' style bread, with scraps of tomato that isn't even a full slice and when the frothed milk in coffee is burnt. As I said, the complaint wasn't about the price, but more so about the quality of food and the service. Also, I would've loved to deal with it then and there if someone cared to ask if 'everything is satisfactory', so the opportunity for your staff was there as they should always make sure the customer is happy. Sorry, but I'm not gonna be sorry for bad service and the lack of quality in food preparation that you do in your shop, like these bad toasties. Also, I will take this review down, as long as I've been heard. I'm not interested in ruining your rating, as I said, I only wrote this review because of my exceptionally bad experience. Unfortunately, your staff didn't present me with the opportunity to address this in the shop and left me no other choice, but to leave a review online. Thanks! ---------------------- After two visits, there's no way I'm giving them a third chance. On first visit my 'cheese, tomato' toastie arrived without tomato, which is not a big deal, but the wait for it was 30min. They were not busy. On the second visit, went again for a vegan cheese toastie with pesto and tomato. This time their choice of bread was over toasted, tiny slices of what was meant to be sourdough, but was more like pumice stone. The vegan cheese was more like thin layer of orange spread and amount of tomato looked like leftover scraps from salad and amounted to a half a slice at the most. Almond milk latte was burned and tasted bitter and the taste had to be masked down with sugar. I know that these things, even being vegan, can taste and be made super delicious without effort, so theres no excuses. Immediately after we had ordered, staff was busy chatting to three of their friends who walked in right after us and naturally were having snacks within 5 min. Our coffee and 'toasties' arrived in 25... Again, it was not busy and there were 3 staff working. I only wrote this review, cos for all of the above mentioned dogshit, we were charged £13.30 and not even asked once 'How was everything?' Obviously, as u can tell, I'm pissed off right now, but also, I feel like my experience speaks for itself. This experience was worst in a long time and I'm angry I didn't say anything then and there, but chose to moan on Google review. I can see how this is pathetic, but staff should always ask 'if everything was alright?' at least by the time when people pay, to make sure customers are happy and to avoid these type of situations. I wouldn't recommend going there. It's baaaaad.
